Alchemize Yourself! You are Fire

I Am Creative – ‘What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.’ Napoleon Hill Every idea that you have has the potential of becoming a deed, and everything you have ever said or done began as a thought. You create your life with every thought word and deed!
I Am Courageous – ‘It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded. ~ Anne Morrow Lindbergh Sometimes it even takes courage to get up in the morning, yet you do it anyway – you are brave!
I Am Influential – “If you are not in the process of becoming the person you want to be, you are automatically engaged in becoming the person you don’t want to be.” ― Dale Carnegie Since you’re always influencing someone…why not choose how you want to use your influence!
I Am Empowered – We live in a country where we can speak what we feel and think, where we can broaden our minds and educate ourselves by reading, listening, and exchanging ideas. We’re free to practice our spiritual inclinations, connect with our Godself. You are empowered!
I Am Fire – Fire is the element of both anger and love… emotions of the heart. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the fire of the heart represents our relationship to ourselves and to others. You can scrub the floor with the anger and open your heart to expand the love. If you have a heart, you are Fire!
I Am Energy – Electrocardiograms and electroencephalograms measure our energy – in our bodies fluids flow – millions of electric signals are transmitted through our nervous system. Through quantum physics we know that everything is energy – including you. Energy creates more energy. Use it well!
I Am a Teacher –‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.’ – Aristotle We are always teaching our loved ones, our children, ourselves by our attitudes, words, and deeds. By our choices we teach them whether or not they have value, and we teach them how to treat us. Teach Love!
I Am Awake – According to Kriya Yoga, the truth is that ‘we are individualized units of the One Field of Pure Consciousness. To awake is to become aware of that fact and to live from it’. You know that you’re awake physically. You’re reading this, so you’re also awakening to Consciousness!
I Am Kind – ‘To be kind is to have compassion (empathy and sensitivity towards others). Compassion is the ultimate and most meaningful embodiment of emotional maturity’ Yahoo Examples of kindness range from simple gestures like smiling at a stranger or assisting a -neighbor, to living from your heart. You smile, you care, you are kind!
I Am Passionate – ‘Passion is the genesis of genius.’ – Tony Robbins ‘Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.’ – Oprah Winfrey If you’ve ever been excited about any person, project or idea, you know passion – remember it – find it – follow yours!
I Am Joy – ‘Find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain.’ – Joseph Campbell ‘We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.’ – Buddha ‘The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life.’ – Richard Bach Celebrate Joy!
