The Voice of Clay was founded on the basic principle that clay can ground and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. Clay is alchemical, transmuting earth, air, fire, and water into what is needed. The Voice of Clay offers services, treatments, education, and classes that fuel the spirit and feed the soul. Our clay products address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ailments.
Created by Wendy McKenzie, VOC started with an affinity for the power of communication and a love of clay. All things communicate if we learn to listen in new ways. Clay is crystalline, electromagnetic, a mode of consciousness, a light source, and a catalyst for detoxification and rejuvenation. We are located at 16 Meetinghouse Hill Road and nestled in the small town of Brookline, New Hampshire.

Orders
Wholesale orders must meet a $150.00 minimum per purchase to obtain Standard Wholesale Pricing. You can expect your order to ship within seven working days.
Pick-up, Drop-off, or Shipping.
We are open 11 am-3 pm Tuesday – Saturday for pick-up.
We can drop off for free within 20 miles.
Shipping will be invoiced to you at 5% of the total order value.
Shipping is free on the first order.
Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and requires prior authorization. The Voice of Clay has the right to deny refunds on goods returned after 30 days or without prior approval. All claims on damaged or missing products must be made within ten days of receiving your order. Undamaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Customers must provide a copy of the invoice, reason for return, authorization code, and undamaged and unaltered merchandise shipped in its original packaging.
As a wholesale customer, you are responsible for your customers’ returns. Please feel free to contact our team for returns in special circumstances. In some situations, we may request that an opened product be shipped back to us for further analysis.
Payment Terms
Payment is expected before shipping of the initial order. We take all forms of credit cards.
Net 15-day terms can be requested thereafter.
Marketing
Thank you for partnering with us! We see it as our mission to help market your store and would love the same in return.
We will include you on our website as a location to find our products.
All our products are labeled with instructions or informational cards. Please look for them in your package if they are not directly attached to the product.
We include brochures explaining the many benefits of Clay.
We include display racks for orders over $500 if requested.
We will promote you on our social media pages and ask that you reference us on yours.
We will introduce your shop in our monthly online newsletter after your first order.
