Experience mindfulness meditation with clay in this two-hour workshop, centering yourself through the senses.
The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay not on the product you create.

Meditation and Clay
We will play with both the processes of meditation and clay work and then combine them! Heightening our awareness and deepening our connection to the creative source as we find our way into the present moment. Never meditated or found it frustrating?
